Last Christmas in Almaty

I am spending my last Christmas with the family in Almaty. As of early January we are all moving to Bucharest, Romania, where I will be taking the responsibility for P&G’s Balkans operation. We have spent a delightful 6 years in Almaty. It gave us the opportunity to discover a unique region. We made many friends and we will look back with fond memories at the time spent here. We will definitely miss the daily breathtaking view of the Tien Shan mountain range. we are excited about moving (back) to Bucharest. We have not been back in 14 years and the city and the country have gone through tremendous transformation in that period. it’s almost unrecognizable to us. Certainly it will provide us an opportunity to re-discover the country and the region.

    Hi Hans,
Happy new year! Wish you all the best in Romania. It’s been great to work with you and I’m happy to hear about P&G CCAR having its first local Country Manager – thanks for making it happen 🙂
    Regards from Switzerland.
